Walking down Park Avenue, the upscale and diverse boutiques lure in hundreds of tourists and locals alike. There is something for everyone, from chic and luxury fashion to old-world charm. Stores including Be on Park, John Craig Clothier, and Tuni’s show off an elevated side of town. In contrast, there are stores like Haven, Avalon Exchange, and Through the Looking Glass that have unique pieces that cannot be found anywhere else. With the Sunrail station located in the middle of the avenue, and the stores being all within walking distance of each other, the street is accessible to everyone. Park Avenue is a trendy and curated part of Winter Park with its picturesque scenery, friendly storefronts, and beautiful restaurants welcoming all visitors.

Haven shares their goals in creating comfortable and elegant pieces. Their clothing often has unique designs that are not found anywhere else. The store also offers many small trinkets which show a fun side of Haven that customers love to see. These trinkets include small mice, notebooks, and art supplies. At Haven, they truly strive to create a welcoming and safe environment that causes customers to want to stay forever. Sophia DaSilva is a 9th grade student at Lake Highland. She enjoys spending time with her friends, reading, and traveling.
