(Above) Most nights, Bad Bunny will choose a fan from the crowd to bring on stage and into “La Casita” section of his set. In this case, a fan was pulled on stage to sing the beginning of the song “VOY A LLeVarte PA PR,” which has become typical on the tour. This colorful part of the stage serves to represent what a typical, Puerto Rican home looks like and further play into his goal of honoring and keeping alive Puerto Rican culture and heritage.

(Above) In 1996, Ingrid Tejeda and her husband, Juan Atiles, decided to move to Orlando to provide a better future for their children. Now her small business, Ingrid Tu Varedad Boutique, has been serving downtown Kissimmee for 21 years, selling clothes for all occasions but specializing in wedding and quinceñera dresses. The dress pictured above is worn by a model from Images Development, a modeling school that Tejeda manages. It is a gorgeous baby pink ball gown with layers of tulle and beautiful beading on the bodice and hem.

(Above) The parking lot at Se7enBites is bursting with different colors, designs, and forms of art following the erasing of the Pulse crosswalk. Each individual who participated in the Parking Space for Pride--A Rainbow Connection event was welcomed to let their creativity flow and create something unique to them. Rather than just decorating a few parking spots, the owner, Chef Trina Gregory, chose to let the decoration span all throughout her restaurant’s parking lot, leaving no room for a blank space while tying the overall atmosphere together as one.

(Above) Rohna is an emerging indie-rock band from Tampa, Florida. In October of 2025, Rohna opened at the Céline in Orlando for Rehash, a rock band from South Florida, and Dogpark, an Indie-rock band from New York. Rohna has a way of captivating the crowd with their electric energy on stage and their talented performance. Although being a smaller band, they have taken to the stage with known artists such as The Black Keys, Lovejoy, flipturn, and more. This band unmistakingly has passion for their music that not only comes across on stage, but in their music as well.

(Above) The role of Baron Von Rothbart, the sorcerer who captures Odette, was played by Francis Mihm. The 2025-26 season marks his fourth season with Orlando Ballet. Being a part of the Orlando Ballet company means working with over 85 other dancers on a production. Many productions around the globe depict Rothbart as an owl-like sorcerer. Meanwhile, The Orlando Ballet took a more animalistic approach, making him a cloak out of fur instead of feathers.

(Above) Walking onto the beach from the parking lot of High Tower Beach Park, guests enter a dock which leads visitors to the beautiful beach. Once they reach the end of the docks you can often see photographers taking photos of the surfers as they ride the massive waves. These waves have long breaks that can sometimes reach up to 200 meters because of the high tides. This makes High Tower Beach Park a great surfing spot for learners and advanced surfers. Even surfers in Lake Highland come here because of the high tides and big waves that are 3-4 feet that have long breaks that can sometimes reach 200 meters because of the high tides. Joseph Prado and Alex Wade, two surfers at Lake Highland, love to come here because of the beautiful waves and beach.

Although students were going to visit the theater for Romeo and Juliet, the actors put on multiple plays throughout the year as well, such as The Hound of the Baskervilles. There were even a few shows for children, demonstrating that the show schedule is diverse and has something for everyone.

(Above) Black Phin Coffee Bar’s signature coffee drink is the Cà Phê Sũa Dá, which translates to, “Vietnamese Coffee.” What makes Vietnamese coffee different from typical coffee is that it comes with sweetened condensed milk instead of regular milk, and they use a phin drip method. This is a traditional Vietnamese way of brewing coffee. They offer cold foams with Asian flavors such as ube, egg foam, Pandan, sea salt, and coconut to add flavor to their drinks.

(Above) In Ms. Laura Oswald’s Freshman biology classroom, the inner organelles of two different cells are depicted in a model. Genetic information, which is what is actually edited by revolutionary CRISPR technology, is stored in the nucleus of the cell (the nuclei are represented by the large purple and blue sections of each respective model). CRISPR technology is able to affect genetic information inside the nucleus to fight deadly genetic diseases and even cancer.

Oscar winning costume designer, Jacqueline Durran, is in charge of creating the costumes and outfits presented in the movie. She told Vogue magazine that she mixed Tudor, Georgian, Victorian, and 1950s glamour for costume inspiration. The designer even took inspiration from famous modern designers, such as Manfred Thierry Mugler and Alexander McQueen to create a wardrobe that, “Feels dramatic rather than historically accurate.” Her design combines these different historical aspects with a modern fashion style to bring the director’s creative vision to life. Instead of reflecting early 19th century fashion when the story takes place, costumes look flashy, highlighting dramatic impact over authenticity.

Zachary Morley works for Lake Highland Preparatory School’s Upper School newspaper Twice-Told Tale. He first started attending Lake Highland in Pre-K. He competes in the Future Problem Solvers program, which he has participated in four years, and has qualified numerous times for the International Conference. He is also part of Lake Highland’s Speech and Debate team. In his free time, Zachary enjoys playing piano.
